Our Outdoor Education Team serves schools through day and overnight field trip programs. We hire seasonally for Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Maintenance Assistant
Do you enjoy working with your hands and keeping things running smoothly? Then this position may be for you! Black Rock is currently looking for part-time Maintenance staff to help care for our grounds and facilities. Weekly hours and responsibilities vary by season, offering flexibility throughout the year. If you take pride in hard work and problem-solving, we’d love to have you on our team!
Housekeepers
Are you the kind of person that likes to be behind the scenes, while having a significant impact on our ministry to guests? Then this position may be for you. Black Rock is currently looking for year round, Part-Time Housekeepers. Hours can potentially be tailored to match availability but Fridays and Sunday afternoons are our busiest times so availability during at least some of those days is essential.
Lifeguards
Do you love the water and have a passion for keeping others safe? Then this position may be for you! Black Rock is currently hiring part-time Lifeguards to oversee our pool and lake throughout the summer season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Weekday and weekend shifts are available, including Sundays. Ideally, this position is 20+ hours per week, and we will provide or reimburse for necessary training. If you’re ready to make a splash this summer, we’d love to have you on our team!
kITCHEN STAFF
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy serving others through delicious food? Then this position may be for you! We are currently seeking dedicated team members to join our Food Service staff. Full-time positions (Assistant Food Service Manager) & year-round, part-time opportunities (Dishwashing, Prep Cook, and Front of House) are available, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Weekends and evenings are our busiest times, so availability during at least some of those shifts is essential.
